It’s with great pleasure that we can announce our schedule for the fifth annual Vendini Member Conference, aka Camp Vendini! This year we’ll be setting up camp in Nashville, TN, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Our VMC campers have come to expect a great selection of presentations, workshops and learning experiences. This year we’re stepping it up by offering even more presentations and entertainment than ever before. We’ll also be throwing a party to remember at the legendary Jack Daniel’s Restaurant on the first night of Camp Vendini.
We’ll be posting updates to our guest speaker and entertainment lineup over the next few weeks, so please keep checking out the Camp Vendini homepage, or just visit us right here on Vendini blogs. In the meantime, check out some highlights from Camp Vendini 2016.
What is Camp Vendini?
The Vendini Member Conference is a special event we put on every year to bring together the best and brightest minds in ticketing and live entertainment for two days of learning, training and fun. We’ll present 17 sessions featuring special guest speakers, “Birds of a Feather” campfire sessions where you can exchange ideas with folks from your industry and lots of time for one-on-one meetings and tutorials with Vendini experts.
When/Where is Camp Vendini?
The conference will take place On July 31 & Aug. 1 in Nashville, Tennessee at the Gaylord Opryland. The conference and hotel are both located within the Gaylord resort. The Gaylord was voted the #1 resort in the south by Southern Living magazine, so our campers can expect an all-around fabulous experience while attending the conference. Space is limited, so don’t miss out and book your rooms now!
Who Goes to Camp Vendini?
This year, we’re expecting 150-200 attendees from across the U.S. and Canada. Attendees are professionals including box office managers, ticketing directors, executive directors, marketers, development directors, promoters, festival producers, board members and students. Industries represented include performing arts, education, live music, festivals, comedy, nightlife, tours, museums and attractions.
How Much Does it Cost?
The standard registration fee for Vendini members is $395, and $795 for non-members (membership has its privileges!) We’re also offering a $100 per ticket discount for non-profit organizations (just shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can help you work out the details.) If you need any help justifying the business expense to your boss, we’ve got you covered—just download the nifty little letter we’ve written to help you get to Camp Vendini!
Can I Go?! Can I Go?!
