I am excited to formally announce the newest member of the Vendini team, Tricia Baker! Tricia is leading the Customer Success team and working to scale operations while increasing the overall satisfaction and loyalty of Vendini Members.
Here’s a quick message from Tricia:
“Coming into this role is an incredible opportunity for me and I couldn’t be more excited to marry my love of technology with a passion for the arts. My number one goal is to create customers for life, ensuring they are maximizing ticket sales and getting the most out of the Vendini solution.”
Tricia comes to us from Basis Partners, where she served as the COO. Prior to that she held the position of SVP of Customer Success and Operations at Melbourne IT, and before that she spent and over a decade at Cisco. Not only is she a tech and arts enthusiast, her passion for STEM education and mentorship has led her to become the COO for the Basis Foundation, as well as working with Anita Borg, UNESCO and IEEE. She holds a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University, graduated from the Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is completing her graduate degree in Clinical Psychology at Palo Alto University.
How about a fun fact or two?
When Tricia isn’t playing supermom to her daughter, she loves horseback riding, gardening and at the moment is getting her second master’s degree in neuropsychology. A veteran concertgoer with shows like The Who, The Rolling Stones and The Grateful Dead under her belt, Tricia has also seen her fair share of Broadway musicals, Community Theater and jazz festivals.
